Off The Ball Pathways is a company created to provide players a platform to progress their careers. Our aim is to provide players the proper exposure to create opportunities for themselves to showcase their ability and character.

Our team is made up of former and current collegiate athletes who understand the difficulties in the modern collegiate environment and want to help provide a platform for players to overcome those challenges and fulfill their full potential. 

Meet the Team

  • Landon Freeman

    Landon Freeman

    Co-founder

    Landon Freeman is a co-founder of OTB Pathways. He is from Evergreen, Colorado. He is the younger brother of Co-founder, Cullen Freeman. Landon is currently playing NCAA D1 soccer at Bryant University. Landon has experience playing abroad in Spain as well. Landon grew up playing for the Colorado Rapids Youth Stem and Real Colorado. Landon has experience in helping grow small business, web development, and partnership management. He is committed to helping players by providing them pathways to fulfill their potential.


  • Cullen Freeman

    Co-founder

    Cullen Freeman is currently a collegiate player at MSU Denver in the Division II RMAC conference. Prior to MSU, Cullen was part of the 2022 Franklin Pierce Men’s Soccer team which won the NCAA Division II National Championship. Cullen also played at Bryant University, where he was part of the team which won the American East Championship and achieved a program best 15-1-2 record in 2023. Cullen is also one of the co-founders and co-operators of Kickaballpod, which has become the premier social media account and podcast for men’s collegiate and amateur soccer, and is slowly expanding into covering professional soccer. Cullen has a range of connections through the collegiate soccer world with coaches and players.  He also has experience playing abroad in Spain in the 6th and 7th tiers. He is just 22 years old and resides in Evergreen, Colorado.



  • Aidan Cann

    Co-founder

    Aidan Cann is a Co-founder of OTB Pathways He is from Aurora, Colorado, and played predominantly in the Colorado Rapids Youth System and briefly for Real Colorado. He played NCAA Division 1 at Sacred Heart University and is now pursuing a professional contract in Spain. Aidan's experience playing collegiate soccer and at the amateur levels drive him to help others fulfill their potential and better themselves both on and off the field. He wants to make a difference in the game and help work to make a new system that will push players into college and professional opportunities.
